1. Who provides this site
This site is provided by Sanniddhi Infosolutions Pvt Limited, a company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the owner of the PreAI suite. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it. Write to us at info@preai.dev.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site, link to it and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy it as a whole, scrape it at a rate that affects its availability, probe or attack it, present its content as your own, or use it for anything unlawful where you are or in the United Arab Emirates.
3. Intellectual property
The text, design, pictures and diagrams on this site belong to Sanniddhi Infosolutions Pvt Limited. PreAI, PreAI Sentry, Tokenvoy, Prahari and Sanniddhi, and their marks, are our trademarks. Other product and company names belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe what our products work with. The Inter typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.
4. Information, not advice
The site describes our products at the level a buyer needs. It is not a specification, not a promise of a particular result, and not legal, regulatory, compliance or security advice. We keep it accurate, but the field moves quickly and we do not warrant that every statement is complete or current at the moment you read it. Our disclaimer says more.
5. The products and their agreements
The products are supplied under a licence, pilot or enterprise agreement with Sanniddhi Infosolutions Pvt Limited, not under these terms. That agreement sets out what each product does, the support we give, the fees, the term and the limits of our liability, and it prevails over anything on this site. Prices and scope are quoted to each customer and are not offers to the public.
6. Pilots and trials
A pilot or trial is provided so that you can see the product on your own machines before you commit. It is provided as it is, for evaluation, for the period and scope we agree in writing. We may end a pilot that is used outside that scope. Clean removal is part of every pilot.
7. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Sanniddhi Infosolutions Pvt Limited is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, and is not liable for data loss, breaches, intrusions, the actions of AI tools or people, or any outcome beyond what our products can reasonably do or beyond our control. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and one hundred US dollars, and it excludes indirect, consequential and economic loss. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away rights a consumer has under the law of the place they live.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. Before anyone goes to court we will try to resolve a dispute by discussion, and we will say in writing if we cannot. Nothing in this clause takes away a consumer's right to bring a claim where they live.
9. Changes
We change these terms when the facts change, raise the version number and the date at the top, and keep earlier versions available on request. Using the site after a change means you accept the changed terms.
