Refund policy

Last updated 5 November 2026 · version 1 · Terms of use · Privacy · Disclaimer

Try before you commit. Every product can be seen on your own machines in a pilot or trial first, so that a purchase is never a leap in the dark. Once a paid term starts, fees are for the term, with the exceptions below.

1. Pilots and trials

A pilot or trial is free, or priced as agreed in writing, and carries no refund because there is nothing to refund: it ends, and clean removal restores every file the product changed. If a pilot is paid, its fee is for the pilot itself and is not refundable once the pilot has started.

2. Licences and enterprise agreements

Fees for a licence or enterprise agreement are for the agreed term and are payable as the agreement says. They are not refundable once the term has started, except as set out in section 3 or as your agreement provides. Unused seats, a change of plans, a change in your organisation, or an incident outside the product's documented scope are not grounds for a refund.

3. When we do refund

4. How to ask

Write to info@preai.dev with the name of your organisation, the agreement or invoice number, and what happened. We reply within five business days and, where a refund is due, pay it to the original payment method within thirty days of agreeing it. Taxes and payment-provider fees that we cannot recover are deducted where the law allows.

5. Your agreement comes first

If your licence, pilot or enterprise agreement says something different about refunds, the agreement applies. This policy fills in where the agreement is silent.
