In the AI world, things change every week. We work constantly to build, improve and update the best security product we can. What we cannot do is promise an outcome. This page says, plainly and kindly, where our responsibility ends and yours begins, so that you plan with the right expectations.

1. What we put in

Sanniddhi Infosolutions Pvt Limited builds the PreAI suite to stop the harm AI tools can do on your devices, and we keep building it. New AI tools, new models and new ways of attacking them appear faster than any product can follow on its own, so we release updates often, we watch the field closely, and we tell you what each product does and does not cover. That effort is continuous and it is sincere.

2. What no one can promise

No security product catches everything, and in this field nothing is a guarantee. Detection is pattern-based, so a new secret format, a new tool or a cleverly disguised instruction can slip through. Rollback is best effort for what a script does inside another program. Coverage of an AI tool can change when that tool changes. The suite is a strong floor under your existing security, not a ceiling, and not a substitute for backups, version control, access control and the gates you already run.

3. Where our responsibility ends

We are not responsible for data loss, for breaches or intrusions, for the actions of an AI tool or a person, or for any outcome that is beyond what the product can reasonably do or beyond our control. That includes incidents that happen outside the product's documented scope, on devices where it was not installed, running or kept up to date, where its warnings were overridden, or where the surrounding systems failed. We say this not to step away from you when something goes wrong. We will help, and we will learn from it. We say it so that the responsibility for your systems, your data and your backups stays where only you can hold it.

4. Not advice

Everything on this site is information about our products, not legal, regulatory, compliance or security advice. A statement that a product keeps evidence for a law is not a statement that using it makes you compliant with that law. Your own advisers decide what applies to you.

5. The incidents we describe

The public incidents mentioned on this site are described from published accounts, in rounded terms, to explain the problem the suite addresses. We name no one, we claim no connection to those events, and we make no statement about any other company's products beyond what was publicly reported.

6. Your agreement comes first

If you have a licence, pilot or enterprise agreement with us, that agreement governs what we promise and what we are liable for, and it prevails over this page. This page explains the spirit of it: we give our best, we are honest about the limits, and we do not take on what no one can control.
