1. Who we are

The controller for this site is Sanniddhi Infosolutions Pvt Limited, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Write to info@preai.dev for anything in this notice.

2. What this site collects

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records the usual request details (address, page, time, browser type) to keep the site running and secure. They are kept for a short, fixed period and then deleted.
• Your messages. When you write to us, we keep your message and our reply for as long as the conversation and any agreement that follows need them.
• Nothing else. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no embedded content from other companies. The typeface is served from this site.

3. The products, and what we never see

The products check what AI writes, reaches and does on your devices, and keep their records on those devices or on servers you run. None of that comes to us. What we hold is what a licence needs: your organisation's name, the people who sign the agreement and administer it, the number of seats, the licence keys, and the update and signed-feed requests the products make, which carry a licence identifier and nothing about your people or your data.

4. Why we process it

To run the site, to answer you, to perform an agreement with you, to meet our legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in keeping the site and the products secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Who else sees it

Our hosting and email providers, under contract, and nobody else unless the law requires it. Where a provider is outside the United Arab Emirates, the transfer is made under safeguards the law recognises.

6. Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, and ask for a copy. Write to info@preai.dev; we answer within a month. Visitors in the EU, the United Kingdom and India have the further rights their law gives them, including the right to complain to their supervisory authority.

7. How we protect it

Encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, and the same care we build into the products.

8. Children

The site and the products are for organisations and the adults who work in them. We do not knowingly collect data about children.

9. Changes

We change this notice when the facts change, raise the version number and the date at the top, and keep earlier versions available on request.
